Enigma Partner Mail Assistant is a private tool operated by the account owner. It accesses only the Gmail mailboxes that the owner explicitly authorises, using Gmail read-only OAuth access.
For each new message, the service temporarily sends the message text and supported attachments to OpenAI to produce a summary, action list, and draft reply. The result is sent to the owner's private Telegram chat. The service does not sell data, send email, alter Gmail messages, or share data with other recipients.
Message content and attachments are not intentionally stored on disk. A small database stores message identifiers, delivery progress, and temporary analysis text until Telegram delivery completes; temporary text is then removed. Railway infrastructure, OpenAI, Google, and Telegram may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
To revoke access, remove the corresponding mailbox token from the Railway service and revoke the app in your Google Account security settings. For questions, contact the service owner through the email address shown on the Google consent screen.
